Characters
The Player Characters. Our gallant heroes who
tend to end up in more trouble than they actual solve.
The Heroes. The characters who do their
best to try and help the city in their own way. Some are useful,
others well, you can be the judge.
The Villains. Generally the people who
are determined to ruin everyone else's day. Some are silly, most are
dangerous.
The Non-Alligned Metas. These are the
metas who you never know what side they're on when they show up. It
could be because they're mercenaries, or it could be because they have
ulterior motives for their actions. Or maybe just insanity. Who
knows!
The Normal Humans. Guh, sucks to be them.
Organizations, Corporations and Governments.
These are the groups that tend to have some sort of effect on Dynamo
City.
